AMS will use your personal information for the purpose for which it was submitted such as to comply with Service New Brunswick and the Department of Public Safety rules and regulations, reply to inquiries, handle your complaints and process billing and business requests related to program participation, and we will use such information to provide operational notices, and in internal program record-keeping and to conduct internal research on industry marketplace practices.

AMS will only share pertinent information internally with staff, Service New Brunswick and the Department of Public Safety when required.
