Personal Information that AMS May Collect
AMS collects the following types of personal information: names, address, postal and e-mail addresses, phone number, billing address if different from home address, date of birth, drivers license number, credit card information (for payment purposes only, data not saved) and complaint and inquiry information.
How AMS May Use Personal Information
AMS will use your personal information for the purpose for which it was submitted such as to comply with Service New Brunswick and the Department of Public Safety rules and regulations, reply to inquiries, handle your complaints and process billing and business requests related to program participation, and we will use such information to provide operational notices, and in internal program record-keeping and to conduct internal research on industry marketplace practices.
How Your Information May Be Shared
AMS will only share pertinent information internally with staff, Service New Brunswick and the Department of Public Safety when required.
